Profile & booking details: guest names, ID details (where required by law), preferences, special requests.
Payment details: billing name, phone, email, address, partial card/UPI identifiers (tokenized), and transaction IDs (processed by Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or net-banking credentials.
Communications: messages, reviews, surveys, support tickets.
Business data for partners: property and contact details, KYC information required for onboarding.
