- If the service was not provided as described or promised at the time of booking.
- If there was a significant issue that rendered the service unusable or inaccessible, and no satisfactory resolution was reached.
- If payment was mistakenly processed more than once for the same service.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:
- If the service was used or partially used.
- If the request for refund is made outside the defined refund window (as per the service terms).

Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

- Provide all relevant details including the transaction ID, service availed, and reason for refund request.
- Our team will assess the eligibility of the refund request and notify you within 7 business days.
- If eligible, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 15 business days.
Cancellation of Services
If you wish to cancel a service prior to its commencement, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds will only be granted as per the terms outlined above, and cancellations will not result in automatic refunds unless specified by the terms of the service agreement.
